I have a brother that custom 1440 LCD stops flashing, any idea?

Ready warning lights are flashing and LCD and I find that the machine had a paper jam. I Remove the paper, but the lights are still blinking. I can not print and I can not reset the printer. Any ideas?

has a jam paper …. read the manual are two places that have to do in front and behind the front remove the drum, and check if not remove jammed paper …. Back there is a paper jam small door in the rear, lift and pull up and check for jammed paper, be sure to check the door to close properly, the paper feeder holder Make sure the paper size slider is up tight against the paper stored. if you have a manual for the printer you can download one of the brothers website
