Can someone please tell me how i supply the light with power. does the power supply come from the double socket or via my fused switch ???

Hi, The quick option is to just put the lights on a plug and use the socket, the next best option is to put a fused spur off the sockets to supply the light, or as the previous answer(which is the best option but the hardest to achieve) come off the existing lighting circuit.
