Why controlled PIR sensor light stay on constantly?

Yesterday, I was trying to figure out where the main switch was to my security light to work outdoors with a PIR sensor. This was already built into the house I bought, so I had to experience. First "connected" to the light, putting my hand on the PIR sensor, and then spent several switches on and off until he worked at what would change in light of everything. Then I turned on the light / Sensor reuse, but since then has not gone completely. Used to be set off except when movement was detected during the night. Now it is just in permanetly. Have I broken something – do I have to replace the sensor? Or is it a matter of adjusting. I already tried switching it off for a few minutes and back on again, but does not help.

They probably have two-way switch.
